Report standards in a limited version (Aviation - refer to ICAO Annex 13 / Railway - refer to ERA) form the basis for the preparation of bulletins and preliminary reports.

Report standards in a full version (Aviation - refer to ICAO Annex 13 / Railway - refer to ERA) form the basis for the preparation of reports.
